Hello,
This 1 - 2w - 6y/5w + 4w - y/2w could be rewritten as:
10w/10w - 20w^2/10w - 12y/10w + 40w^2/10w - 5y/10w
What I did was to get the same denominator so this can be written as:
(20w^2+10w-17y)/10w
There we go.
Make sense?
