5b^2 - 2b + 7 + 1/(6b + 4)
check:
(6b + 4)(5b^2 - 2b + 7 + 1/(6b + 4))
5b^2(6b + 4) - 2b(6b + 4) + 7(6b + 4) + 1/(6b + 4) * (6b + 4)
30b^3 + 20b^2 - 12b^2 - 8b + 42b + 28 + 1
