(5M)/(25M~2) BY DIVIDING BOTH NUMERATOR & DENOMINATOR BY 5M WE GET 1/5M
(m+1)/(m~2+2m+1) or (m+1)/(m+1)(m+1) by dividing both numerator & denominator by (m+1) we get 1/(m+1)
