Question 35412: Can someon help me simplify a complex fraction??
(1/x+2/y)/(4/xy)

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(1/x+2/y)/(4/xy)
Consider the numerator:
(1/x+2/y)= (y+2x)/xy
Multiply this by the inverse
of the denominator, to get "1"
as an answer.
