Let integers are x, x+2, x+4
(x+4)^2 = x^2 + (x+2)^2 - 105
=> x^2 + 8x + 16 = x^2 + x^2 + 4x + 4 - 105
=> x^2 - 4x - 117 = 0
=> x^2 -13x + 9x -117 = 0
=> x(x-13) + 9( x-13) = 0
=> ( x+9) (x-13) = 0
x = -9 or x = 13
other consecutive integers are 13, 15, 17.
