simplify the following algebraic fraction?
2x^2+x-3 divide 6x^2+9x
-------------------------------
Factor:
2x^2+3x-2x-3
x(2x+3)-(2x+3)
(2x+3)(x-1)
-------------------
Factor:
6x^2+9x
3x(2x+3)
-------------------
Cancel the common factor of 2x+3 to get:
(x-1) divide 3x
