Let s=capacity of smaller bottle and b=bigger bottle capacity.
s=b/2 + 6
7s=4b
7(b/2 + 6)=4b Substitute for s.
7b/2 + 42 = 4b
7b+84=8b
b=84 oz.
s=48 oz Answer.
