[(-21+7x)/(3)]/[(35x-75)/(9)] invert the second fraction & multiply.
(-1`4x)/3*9/(35x-75) cross multiply.
9(-14x)/3(35x-75) divide by 3.
3(-14x)/(35x-75)
-42x/5(7x-15) ans.
