How would I go about factoring this polynomial? 135x^4y^2 - 60y^2

Find the GCF:
gcf of 135 and 60 is 15
gcf of the x factors is 1
gcf of the y factors is y^2
-----------------------------------
So, GCF = 15y^2
-------
= 15y^2(9x^4-4)
---
Note: 9x^4-4 is a difference of squares
---------------
= 15y^2(3x^2-2)(3x^2+2)
