Question 322945: The instructions are to perform using scientic notation and the complete the operation leaving the answer in scientic notation. The problem is (100000)(12000)/(.006)(20). I got 1.2E9/1.2E-1 and simplified to 1E1 and it was incorrect. Can you help me see why this is incorrect?
