Factor to get:
(x+y)^2 - 36
---
Factor to get:
(x+y-6)(x+y+6)
=====================
y^2-6y+9-25z
---
It looks like you dropped the "^2" on the z.

Factor to get:
(y-3)^2 - 25z^2
---
Factor to get:
(y-3-5x)(y-3+5z)
