From 3/(2-x) + 4/(x^2-4), let's multiply the first term by -1/-1 and factor the denominator of the second term to get
-3 / (x-2) + 4 / (x-2)(x+2)
Now multiply the first term by x+2/x+2 and get
-3(x+2) / (x-2)(x+2) + 4 / (x-2)(x+2)
and we get
(-3x - 2) / (x-2)(x+2)

3/2-x + 4/x^2-4?
-3/ x-2 +4 (x+2)(x-2)
LCM =(x-2)(x+2)
-3(x+2) +4(x-2) /(x-2)(x+2)
-3x-6+4x-8 / (x-2)(x+2)
(x-12)/ (x-2)(x+2)
