Do they give you values for any of the variables or do you just need to simplify? I will assume simplfying and setting the whole equation equal to zero.

+9y%5E8%2B16x%5E2w-10xy=3y%5E2%289w%2B3y%5E6%29%2B1xyw+ Distribute the 3y^2 on the right side
+9y%5E8%2B16wx%5E2-10xy=27wy%5E2%2B9y%5E8%2B1xyw+ move everything to the left side of the equation by subtracting (27wy^2+9y^8+1xyw) from both sides
+9y%5E8%2B16wx%5E2-10xy+-+%2827wy%5E2%2B9y%5E8%2B1xyw%29=+0+ ditribute the negative
+9y%5E8+%2B+16wx%5E2+-+10xy+-+27wy%5E2+-+9y%5E8+-+1xyw+=+0+ combine like terms (the 9y^8) cancels
