Do they give you values for any of the variables or do you just need to simplify? I will assume simplfying and setting the whole equation equal to zero.
Distribute the 2xw on the left side
Distribute the 3y^2 on the right side
move everything to the left side of the equation by subtracting (27wy^2+9y^8+1xyw) from both sides
ditribute the negative
combine like terms (the 9y^8) cancels
that is in simplist form
