This 12x^3+13x^2+3x can be written as:
x(12x^2+13x+3)Now this can be factored as:
x(3x+1)(4x+3)

12x^3+13x^2+3x
Remove x
= x(12x^2 + 13x + 3)
= x(3x + 4)*(x + 3)
