There's nothing on the right side, so it's not an equstion.
To be solved, it has to be an equation.
Also, it has 2 variables, but only one "equation", so you're out of luck for 3 different reasons.

Solve has a special meaning in math. This expression can't be solved but it can be factored.
(xy-3)*(xy+3)
