What is the answer to the math problem 6x^2+11x-10/2x+5?
Factor the numerator:
6x^2 + 15x - 4x - 10
---
3x(2x+5)-2(2x+5)
---
(2x+5)(3x-2)
---------------------
Rewrite the problem in factored form:
[(2x+5)(3x-2)]/[2x+5]
---
Cancel to get the answer:
= 3x-2
