x+6/x=5 combine the left side terms.
(x*x+6)/x=5
(x^2+6)/x=5 cross multiply.
x^2+6=5x
x^2-5x+6=0 factor the equation.
(x-3)(x-2)=0
x-3=0
x=3 ans.
x-2=0
x=2 ans.
