x-2y=0
4x-3y=15

To solve by substitution, solve the 1st equation for "x":
x = 2y
---
Substitute for "x" in the 2nd equation and solve for "y":
4(2y) - 3y = 15
8y-3y = 15
5y = 15
y = 3
------
Since x = 2y, x = 2*3 = 6

Final Soltuion: (6,3)
