Answer by palanisamy(496)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1-y/4y+4 times y+1/y+4 = [1-(y/y+4)][y+1/y+4]
= [(y+4-y)/y+4][y(y+4)+1]/(y+4)
= 4[y^2+4y+1]/(y+4)^2
