We can't solve this since there is no equal sign but we can simplify a little. We are given

The common denominator is x^2. re write all fractions using x^2 as common denominator to get

and in descending order, we get

Do you mean which is x^2-4/x^2-5x+6
or
which is (x^2-4)/(x^2-5x+6)
Assuming you forgot to put the very important parentheses and the square sign ^ which is found above the 6:
=
(x-2)(x+2)/(x-3)(x-2)=
(x+2)/(x-3)
