I assumed a minus sign between X^2 and 9 and then multiplication sign separating denominator fractions.
first, factor everything.
numerator is
x^2(x+3)(x+3).
denominator is
(x+3)(x-3)(16x^3).
together, we get

Now, we cancel: x=3 from top and bottom. X^2 from top and bottom. We get
