(4x/9x^2)(6x^3/2x)
let's combine numerator terms and denominator terms
so we have (4x*6x^3)/(9x^2*2x)
clearly you can reduce 4x/2x
so now we have (2*6x^3)/(9x^2)
clearly we can reduce x^3/x^2 to x
so now we have (2*6x)/3
(2x*2*3)/3
which we can reduce to 2*2x=4x/3
we can leave it that way or convert to 1 1/3x
