(j^2-4)(j^2+4)
Is it right?
I think the signs might be wrong.

j^4-16 both j^4 & 16 are perfect squares & this is the difference of squares.
(j^2+4)(j^2-4) The second factor is once again a perfect square also.
(j^2+4)(j+2)(j-2) ans.
