SOLUTION: solve for x:
1/x-4 - 3x/x^2-16=2/X+4
SIMPLY THIS COMPLEX FRACTION:
8M^2/3M-6 / 40M/M-2
I got m/45 is that right?

Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
solve for x:
1/(x-4) - 3x/(x^2-16) = 2/(X+4)
Multiply thru by x^2-16 to get:
x+4 - 3x = 2(x-4)
4-2x = 2x-8
Add 2x to both sides ; Add 8 to both sides
12 = 4x
x = 3
-------------------------------------
SIMPLY THIS COMPLEX FRACTION:
8M^2/(3M-6) / 40M/(M-2)
---
Invert the denominator and multiply
(8M^2)/(3(M-2)) times (M-2)/40M
---------------------------------------
Cancel all factors you can find that are common to a numerator and a denominator
such as 8,M,(M-2)
(M)/3) times (1/5)

= M/15
