if x is the 1st integer, then x+2 is the 2nd, and x+4 is the 3rd

x(x+2) + 2 = 5(x+4)

x^2 + 2x + 2 = 5x + 20

x^2 - 3x - 18 = 0

(x + 3)(x - 6) = 0

x = -3 and x = 6

integers are 6, 8, and 10
