Look at the "x's". What is the highest common factor?
It is "x".
Look at the "y's". What is the highest common factor?
It is "y"
So the highest common factor in your problem is 5xy.
Divide each term in the original problem by 5xy to find the remaining factor.
Final Result:
5xy(3x^2y^2 + 2xy + 1)
