I am not sure how to do this one.
Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I am supposed to solve this-they are fractions.
(8-x)/(9-x) = 1/(x-9)
---
Modify:
(x-8)/(x-9) = 1/(x-9)
Since the denominators are the same the numerators must be the same.
x-8 = 1
x = 9
-----
But x cannot be 9 as that would make the denominator zero.
---
Conclusion: No solution
