= 6x^3-18x^2+12x-3x^2+9x-6
= 6x^3-21x^2+21x-6

= x^2-2x+3
------------------------------
(4x^3-15x^2-190x+9)/(x-9)
=[(x-9)(4x^2+21x-1)/(x-9
= 4x^2+21x-1
