First, factor out x
x(y^2 - 7y + 10)
Factor what is in parenthesis
x(y-5)(y-2)
set each one equal to zero
x=0
y-5=0, so y=5
y-2=0, so y=2
Your solutions are x=0, y=5, and y=2
