To divide a polynomial by a single term, divide each term.
20y^5/-5y = -4y^4
----------
-5y^4/-5y = y^3
etc.

(20y^5-5y^4+10y^3-5y)divided by (-5y)
= -4y^4 + y^3 -2y^2 + 1
