3x-y=-1 multiply by 3 & add.
2x+3y=-30
9x-3y=-3
-------------------
11x=-33
x=-33/11
x=-3 ans.
3*-3-y=-1
-9-y=-1
-y=9-1
-y=8
y=-8 ans.
Proof:
2*-3+3*-8=-30
-6-24=-30
-30=-30
