Terms are separated by + and - signs. Monomials have one term, binomials have two terms, trinomials have three terms, and anything with more than three terms is just a polynomial (realize, of course, that they are ALL polynomials)
Remember to simplify by combining like terms before you count. Hint: There are only two of your problems where this will make a difference.
