dividing by 950 ___ 2/19 = (1 + x/2)^10

taking logarithm ___ log(2/19) = 10 log(1 + x/2)

dividing by 10 ___ [log(2/19)] / 10 = log(1 + x/2)

taking antilog ___ .7984 = 1 + x/2

subtracting 1 and multiplying by 2 ___ -.4032 = x

Divide both sides by 50 to get:
[(1 + (x/2)]^10 = 2/19

Raise both sides to the (1/10) power
1 + (x/2) = 0.7984...
x/2 = -0.2015869...
x = -0.4031738...
