foil ist 2 terms
(y^2 -3y+y-3)(y-4)
(y^2-2y-3)(y-4)
rearrange, commutative property
(y-4)(y^2-2y-3)
now use distribution
(y)(y^2-2y-3) - (4)(y^2-2y-3)
y^3-2y^2-3y -4y^2+8y+12
combine like terms
y^3-6y^2+5y+12 ANSWER
