Since the factorization of the numerator polynomial is not obvious, use the quadratic formula.
 \pm sqrt{(-25)^2 - 4(5)(-12)}}{2(5)} = \frac{25 \pm sqrt{865}}{10})
Hence, the factors are irrational.
