You can put this solution on YOUR website!
%28s%5E4%2Ft%5E6%29%5E-4
%28s%5E4%29%5E%28-4%29+%2F+%28t%5E6%29%5E%28-4%29
s%5E%28-16%29+%2F+t%5E%28-24%29
The rule is s%5E%28-a%29+=+1%2Fs%5Ea, but you can do this, too:
%28s%5E16+%2F+t%5E24%29%28t%5E24%2Fs%5E16%29%28s%5E%28-16%29+%2F+t%5E%28-24%29%29
Notice that the 1st 2 factors are just 1
Now rearrange
%28s%5E16+%2F+t%5E24%29%28s%5E%28-16%29+%2F+t%5E%28-24%29%29%28t%5E24%2Fs%5E16%29
%28s%5E%2816-16%29%2Ft%5E%2824-24%29%29%28t%5E24%2Fs%5E16%29
%28s%5E0+%2F+t%5E0%29%28t%5E24%2Fs%5E16%29
t%5E24%2Fs%5E16 answer
