F is made up of x multiplied by itself.
is made up of factors of c multiplied by 1x and combined

meaning when you reverse FOIL that the first part of factors making up a polynomial of the type is 1x and the last part of the factors comes from factors of c, which when combined with x make up the coefficient of b.
