Question 178333: Simplify (1/2x+1/4)/(4/2x^2-1)...that is 1 over 2x + 1 over 4 divided by 4 over x^2 - 1, Thank you.
Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Simplify (1/2x+1/4) / (4/2x^2-1)
Modify to get:
(1/4(2x+1)) / (4/2x^2-1)
Invert the denominator and multiply to get:
[1/4(2x+1)] * [(2x^2-1)/4]
=[2x^2-1] * [16(2x+1)]
