Outer times outer will be 4x%2Asqrt%282%29%2A+%28-3y%29 or -12x%2Ay%2Asqrt%282%29+
Inner times inner will be %28-3y%29%2A+4x%2Asqrt%282%29or -12x%2Ay%2Asqrt%282%29+
Last times last will be %28-3y%29%2A%28-3y%29+ or %2B9y%5E2

Put it all together, and you should get:
