Step 1: Whenever you divide a fraction it is always 1/the expression. In the case 1/expression is the inverse of 5x^2y^2/14z^2 which is 14z^2/5x^2y^2.
Step 2. Simply the expression.ie (25/5)etc Cancel the appropriate exponent powers and you should have left (5)(2)Z/X =10Z/X.
