It is clearly evident that we will need something of the form:
(2x+a)^2=4x^2+6.4x+k
Now the x terms equated will be;
4xa=6.4x
Which gives a=1.6
So the perfect square has to be (2x+1.6)^2. Now to find k we expand and find the constant term is 2.56.
