Nice try but the answer is not right.
(-2x+2)^2 = (-2x + 2)(-2x + 2)
Let's use FOIL.
-2x times -2x = 4x^2
-2x times 2 = -4x
2 times -2x = -4x
2 times 2 = 4
We now put it terms together.
4x^2 - 4x - 4x + 4
We now combine like terms and the final answer is:
4x^2 - 8x + 4
