Since denominators are same , equating the numerators we get

since this is an identity , it is true for any value of x
hence take x=1,and -2 and 2 to get a ,b , c values
for x=1 ,we have
a(1+2)(1-2)=1
a = -1/3 similarly we get b=-2/12=-1/6 and c=2/4 = 1/2
