Question 149084: Suppose that a polynomial function of degree 5 with rational coefficients has 0 (with multiplicity 2), 1, and -3 +5i as zeros. What is the remaining 0?
I don't know how to find this out, your help would be appreciated.

Use the fact that complex roots ALWAYS come in conjugate pairs to go directly to your answer. If is a root of the polynomial function, then is also a root.
