Can you please help me?
Shrinking garden. Rose’s garden is a square with sides of length x feet. Next spring she plans to make it rectangular by lengthening one side 5 feet and shortening the other side by 5 feet. What polynomial represents the new area? By how much will the area of the new garden differ from that of the old garden?

Answer by checkley77(12844)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x*x=x^2 is the original area of the garden
(x+5)(x-5)=x^2-25 ix the area of the modified garden.
The new garden will be 25ft^2 less than the original garden.
