There are a couple of different ways to skin this cat, here's one of them:
So (f ° g)(x) =
By the way, in the future, if you want to indicate a square root, do it this way:
sqrt(everything you want under the radical symbol inside the parentheses)
so your h(x) would be sqrt(59x^2+78)
