Answer by checkley71(8403)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(3^-3U^2W^-5)/(6^-1U^-1W^-2)
ALL NEGATIVE EXPONENTS IN THE NUMERATOR MOVE TO THE DENOMINATOR AND BECOME POSITIVE EXPONEBTS.
ALL NEGATIVE EXPONENTS IN THE DENOMINATOR MOVE TO THE NUMERATOR AND BECOME POSITIVE EXPONENTS.
THUS WE HAVE:
(6^1U^2U^1W^1)/(3^3W^5)
(6U^3W^2)/(27W^5)
(2U^3)/(9W^3) ANSWER.
