Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(m^2-4) / (m+2)^2
Factor:
= [(m-2)(m+2)/(m+2)^2]
Cancel (m+2) in numerator and denominator to get:
= (m-2)/(m+2)
