Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
find the GCF of the terms of each polynomial.
4n^4 + 6n^3 -8n^2
----------------
GCF of the coefficients: 2 because it is the largest factor that divides 4,6,& 8
----------
GCF of the n's: n^2 because it is the largest factor that divides n^4,n^3, and n^2
----------
Final Answer: 2n^2
